What Is Water Fed Pole Or Pure Water Window Cleaning? The system uses long reach poles that typically extend to around 30 ft that has purified water pumped through them onto the glass. A brush on the end of the pole scrubs the window clean as pure water washes dirt away and also cleans frames and ledges. Water Fed Pole is operated only from the ground. Purified water has had all its natural impurities removed and as a result it dries to a crystal clear finish and is ideal for window and conservatory cleaning. Advantages of Water Fed Pole include: • No film is left on glass so windows stay cleaner for longer • Pure water ensures a clear, streak-free finish • No ladders required protecting your privacy in upstairs bedrooms • Safer for operators • Ability to reach higher windows and previously inaccessible windows above conservatories Customers are sometimes resistant to the change but after a few cleans they invariably appreciate their cleaner, clearer, shiny windows. What is Traditional Window Cleaning? This is done with the window cleaner applying a cleaning solution to the window with an applicator and then cleaning it off manually with the use of a squeegee, we then wipe down the windowsill and edges with a clean cloth leaving a perfectly clean window every time. We use this method for internal window cleaning work as the windows are a lot more accessible from the inside. We also use this method for most low level windows or when access is difficult with the WFP system and we need to use a ladder.
